POlicies

All luncheons are held at SVSU in Banquet Room A, unless otherwise specified. We kindly request all members to check in at registration for each luncheon event. Cancellations made within 10 business days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund, excluding seasonal lunch passes. Payment is required at the time of reservation. Invoices are available upon request and are due within 30 days. Membership is non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted.

By becoming a member of our organization, you consent to the use of your photo or likeness in social media posts, on the GLBEC website, or in marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your image used, please notify us via email at glbecorg@gmail.com at least three days before the event.

Please note:  In case of adverse weather conditions, the event may be delayed or canceled.
